Sustainability is part of our commitment to our guests and members, so the HAUTE Club Restaurant was happy to undergo a rigorous inspection. The result was pleasing: we were awarded the Sustainable Company certification. We are also committed to small producers and certified products from Fairtrade Max Havelaar.
We have our own GAMMA Garten where we cultivate rare vegetable varieties, full-flavoured herbs and the finest tubers – to show our love of the environment, and for the sake of us all.
