When the pumpkin beckons.
It comes in the most varied shapes and there are many different types of it, namely the pumpkin, of which more than 27 million tonnes were harvested in the whole world in 2017. It goes without saying that people love it just as much in China as they do in the USA. And that’s why Matthias Künzi, chef at the club restaurant HAUTE, Zurich, created his own wonderful recipe for a pumpkin risotto.

It is not limited to Halloween or autumn decorations. The pumpkin is a veritable treasure chest full of vital substances.
